We strictly follow all Texas Parks & Wildlife Department rules, regulations, and state laws.

Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed in moderation. However, if the consumption of alcohol becomes a safety issue, we reserve the right to terminate your trip early without a refund.

You must always follow the captain’s instructions while on board. Our most important concern is your safety and the safety of everyone on board.

You will be required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement prior to boarding. The trip will not depart until all guests have signed this document.
